Nivek is where fashion, culture, opportunity and community meet: a stage that celebrates emerging talent and helps Black women connect, build relationships and grow their businesses nationwide.

We are a fashion and cultural production company. Our work is the live experience: runway productions, immersive entertainment and collaborations that turn a fashion show into a cultural event.

Inspired by iconic showcases and built for today, Nivek brings designers, performers, artists, brands and communities together in experiences that are visually striking, culturally relevant and deeply felt.

Kevin
Cockfield

Kevin Cockfield's passion for fashion, culture and creative storytelling is the force behind everything Nivek does. With a deep appreciation for artistic expression and an eye for innovative design, he founded Nivek to celebrate diversity, empower emerging talent and deliver fashion experiences people never forget.

Inspired by the legendary productions that elevated designers and their communities at the same time, he set out to go beyond the traditional runway. Under his leadership, Nivek blends couture, live entertainment, music, visual arts and cultural storytelling into immersive events built for real connection.

Through partnerships with designers, artists, sponsors and community organizations, Kevin is building Nivek into a name for excellence, innovation and inclusivity, with a long-term vision of a global cultural platform that opens doors for the next generation of creatives.

At Nivek Fashion Productions, we believe extraordinary fashion experiences begin with vision, collaboration, and a commitment to creating meaningful opportunities.

Led by Founder and Chief Executive Officer Kevin Cockfield, our growing leadership team brings together brand development, business operations, and live event production to support our mission of creating a nationwide platform for emerging designers.

Together, we are building more than a fashion roadshow. We are developing an experience that celebrates creativity, encourages entrepreneurship, strengthens community connections, and creates opportunities for lasting impact across the United States.

Wayne Hill, Sr.

Director of Brand Strategy & Business Operations

Wayne Hill serves as Director of Brand Strategy & Business Operations for Nivek Fashion Productions, bringing a collaborative approach to brand development, digital strategy, and organizational support.

Working closely with Nivek’s founder, Wayne has played an important role in developing the company’s brand identity, website, and foundational business materials. His contributions help shape how Nivek communicates its vision and connects with emerging designers, strategic partners, and communities nationwide.

In his leadership role, Wayne supports brand consistency, business coordination, and the operational systems needed to position Nivek Fashion Productions for sustainable growth and national expansion.

Elise Jackson

Vice President of Production, Operations & Travel Logistics

Elise Jackson serves as Vice President of Production, Operations & Travel Logistics for Nivek Fashion Productions, bringing entrepreneurial experience, organizational leadership, and expertise in travel coordination to the company's executive team.

As the owner of her own travel agency, Elise brings valuable knowledge of travel planning, hotel accommodations, and logistical coordination—essential components of Nivek's ambitious nationwide fashion roadshow.

In her role, Elise will oversee event production planning, coordinate on-site operations, support production staffing and vendor relationships, and manage travel and lodging arrangements for the company's touring activities.

Working closely with Nivek's founder and leadership team, Elise will help ensure that each production is professionally coordinated, operationally efficient, and consistent with the company's commitment to delivering exceptional fashion experiences.

Her combination of entrepreneurship, logistical expertise, and hands-on production leadership will be instrumental in supporting Nivek Fashion Productions as it expands its presence across the United States.
